We offer in-house, customized and public training in English or German. All our training is highly interactive, experiential (learning by doing) and full with stories for sharing expertise, our’s and – if you like – your’s.
Radical Management? Workshops
These trainings are held by RadicalManagement.org’s recognized trainers. Our two-day “Radical Management in Practice” workshops draw heavily on experiences and learnings from applying Radical Management in real world settings. Participants can receive a “Radical Management Practitioner” certificate.
We may also offer additional formats, for example, Radical Management combined with Scrum, a one-day “Introduction to Radical Management” and five of its principles, and a three-day workshop: “Making the Whole Organization Agile” providing an in-depth treatment of the five principles.
Certified Scrum Workshops
SCRUMCENTER Ltd. is a Scrum Alliance Registered Education Provider (REP). Our courses are run by our Certified Scrum Trainers® (CSTs) and other accredited trainers. We regularly run certified Scrum workshops in German and English:
Our two-day Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) course provides an introduction to Scrum for Scrum teams, particularly for ScrumMasters. During this course you will deepen your understanding of the principles and practices of Scrum. On successful completion of the course and after passing an online test, participants will be awarded the title “Certified ScrumMaster®“.
The two-day Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) course is focussed on the role of the Product Owner, which is different from that of a project manager or product manager. The product owner has the overall responsibility for the success of the product and works closely with the development team. On successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded the title “Certified Scrum Product Owner®“.
The Certified Scrum Developer® (CSD) programme is aimed at development team members (primarily testers and programmers). The core of the CSD programme is a three-day agile engineering practices (AEP) course, where participants learn how to turn product backlog items into a product — reliably and effectively. To qualify for the title “Certified Scrum Developer®” participants need two additional training days. CSM covers this requirement.
We also offer courses for advanced practitioners, who are aiming for earning the credential “Certified Scrum Professional®” (CSP).
